- Il check-in è disponibile a partire dalle ore 15:00, se avete bisogno di un check-in anticipato siete pregati di chiedere all’agenzia.
- Il check-out deve essere completato entro le ore 10:00, un check-out tardivo deve essere preventivamente discusso con un rappresentante dell’agenzia.
- È obbligatorio effettuare il check-in online fornito da vikey (caricare il documento d’identità e i dati per la fatturazione e pagare la tassa di soggiorno).
- La tassa di soggiorno è obbligatoria per gli ospiti di età superiore ai 14 anni, l’importo è di 2,50 euro a persona/per notte.
- Chiudete le finestre e spegnete le luci e l’aria condizionata ogni volta che uscite, in caso contrario potrebbe essere applicato un supplemento di 15 euro.
- La temperatura minima che si può impostare nell’appartamento è di 24 gradi per legge.
- Il riscaldamento deve essere impostato su una temperatura massima di 21 gradi (è una legge del Comune ed è molto importante per il nostro ambiente).
- Si prega di rispettare il vicinato evitando rumori forti, soprattutto durante l’orario di riposo (13:00-16:00 e 23:00-7:00).
- Si prega di lasciare le chiavi all’interno della proprietà. In caso di smarrimento delle chiavi verranno addebitati 30 euro.
- Raccogliete i vostri rifiuti e gettateli via.
- Al check-out potete lasciare le chiavi sul tavolo e tirare la porta dopo di voi.
- I termini di cancellazione gratuita scadono 10 giorni prima dell’arrivo
- Nel caso in cui la proprietà che avete prenotato non sia disponibile per qualsiasi problema, sarete riprotetti in un’altra proprietà dello stesso livello o superiore.
